She was born June 7, 1926, in Ottumwa. Besides her parents, she is survived by her husband, Cletus J. Blackwell, with the army in Germany; three brothers, Eugene Shewry, Murphysboro, Ill., and Orval and George, both of Ottumwa, and by four sisters, Sally, Priscilla, Joan and Judy Shewry, all of Ottumwa.
