She was raised and educated in Iowa, graduating from high school there. She attended John Fletcher College in Iowa and Seattle Pacific College. She was born April 9, 1923, to Richard and Ethel (Kelley) Fine in Morning Sun, Iowa. She was raised and educated in Iowa, graduating from high school there. She attended John Fletcher College in Iowa and Seattle Pacific College. She married Dr. Frederick Drew on Sept. 25, 1944, in Winnsboro, La. He preceded her in death on Nov. 18, 1998. She was a homemaker and the author of a published book of poetry. Mrs. Drew was a member of the Bremerton Free Methodist Church, the Grace Bible Church of Port Orchard and the Quilting Guild of Port Orchard. Survivors include four sons, Raymond of Edgewood, Michael and Patrick, both of Port Orchard and Mark of Baltimore, Md.; two daughters, Dottie Freemantle of Olympia and Cheri Kilmer of Bremerton; a sister, Dorothy Hoover of Lakewood; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A brother, the Rev. Robert M. Fine, also preceded her in death. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Grace Bible Church in Port Orchard. A private burial was held at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements are by Lewis Funeral Chapel. Memorial donations may be sent to Mission Fund, Grace Bible Church, 7070 Bethel Burley Road, Port Orchard, WA 98366.
