Description	:	Ludwina I. Boos, 91, Topeka, died Tuesday, July 17, 2001, at a Topeka nursing home. She was born June 26, 1910, at Munjor, the daughter of Andrew and Catherine Schumacher Stoecklein. She moved to Topeka from Bazine in 1934. Mrs. Boos was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the altar society at the church. She married Frank Paul Boos on Aug. 16, 1934, in Bazine. Mrs. Boos also was preceded in death by five sons, Conrad Boos, May 8, 1937, Francis Boos, Jan. 20, 1938, Nichodemus Boos, June 16, 1940, Frankie Boos, Sept. 27, 1943 and Leroy Boos, Jan 6, 1947; four daughters, Navilla Margaret Boos, Sept. 22, 1935, Mary Catherine Boos, Aug. 30, 1936, Marilyn Boos, Feb. 27, 1949, and Linda Morris Feb. 11, 1999; and a granddaughter, Stacey Rae Boos, Jan, 28, 1990. Survivors include three sons: Donald D. Boos, Walkersville, Md., and Lee Boos and Frank J. Boos, both of Topeka; a daughter, Joanne Beier, Topeka; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 a. m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Boos will lie in state from 4 to 8 p. m. Sunday at the church, where rosaries will be recited by the altar society at 5 p. m. and by the parish at 7 p. m. Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 333 N.E. Freeman Ave., Topeka, 66616, or to the Activities Dept. at Lexington Park, 1021 SW Fleming Court,Topeka, 66604. Brennan Mathena Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
