He was married to Ludwina Stoecklein Aug. 16, 1934 at Bazine in Ness County. She survives. Other survivors inlcude three sons, Donald D. Boos, Walkersville, Md., and Lee Boos and Frank J. Boos, both of Topeka; two daughters, Linda Morris and Joanne Beier, both of Topeka; a brother, Leo Boos, Topeka; five sisters, Catherine Boos, Rose Stattelman, Walburga Schwerdt and Margaret Magistro, all of Topeka, and Adelaide Lenarduzzi, Milwaukee, Wis.; 13 grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Mr. Boos will lie in state from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church where a Nocturnal Adoration Society rosary at 6:30 p.m. will be followed by a parish rosary at 7 p.m. and Knights of Columbus Council No. 2608 rosary at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
