Description	:	Luella Ensz was born on a farm west of Marion, South Dakota on August 21, 1911 to Jaocb D. and Freni Graber Ensz. She was the youngest of five children and enjoyed growing up on the farm. She often spoke of her father's faithful leadership, daily devotions, church attendance and Christian example. She was the youngest of five children and enjoyed growing up on the farm. She often spoke of her father's faithful leadership, daily devotions, church attendance and Christian example. She accepted Christ as her personal Saviour at an early age and was active in the church. She entered her heavenly home on April 21, 2005. Luella married Abraham A. Wiens on September 25, 1925, and rented a farm west of Marion. After a few years they moved to a different farm south of Canistota where they lived for 17 years. Then they were able to purchase a farm northeast of Bridgewater where they remianed until Abe's death in 1971. Since then she has resided in Canistota where her daughter and family live. Luella enjoyed having people drop in to visit and share a cup of coffee and a piece of homemade pie. Her kitchen was a neat and busy place with usually a fresh pie cooling on the kitchen counter. She took great pride in a clean house and yard, still mowing the lawn and shoveling the walk during her last years. Luella was blessed with musical talent and spent many hours at the piano or organ. She played the organ for church services for several years and was part of several different groups traveling to nursing homes and other churches to provide music. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Laberta (Lyle) Ketcham of Canistota, SD, and Allen (Sonja) of Marion, SD; eight grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 21 great-great grandchildren; and many relatives and friends. Preceding her in death were her husband Abraham, two infant children, Luella and Clifford, her parents, brothers David and John, and sisters Martha (Daniel) Ortman and Mary (Elias) Ortman.
