Luella married Keith Fuhrmeister of Iowa City, Iowa on July 3, 1948, later divorced and married Fred Jensen on September 1, 1972 in Olin, Iowa. He died on August 16, 1993. In earlier years, Luella worked at the University of Iowa, HACAP of Jones Co., Sheller Globe of Iowa City and later became a farmers wife. She loved to fish, play cards, go to garage sales, but most of all she loved to care for her family. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Olin. She is survived by one daughter, Judy (Benny) Semler, of Iowa City; 5 sons, David (Nikki) Fuhrmeister of Terra Haute, Indiana, Clif (Rheda) Fuhrmeister, of Olin, Phillip (Gay) Fuhrmeister, of Center Junction, Keith "Doug" (Anita) Fuhrmeister, of Olin, and Tom (Kathy) Fuhrmeister, of Marion; 4 step-children, Judy (Al) Jacobson, of North Liberty, William "Bill" (Sharon) Jensen, of Mechanicsville, Patsy (Mike) Francois, of Masonville and Paul Jensen, of Hale; 24 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one daughter, Christine in infancy, her identical sister, Rosella Moore on August 30, 2003, one brother, two half brothers and one half sister.
