Description	:	Lula Alberta Huffer, 95, of Loudonville died Tuesday morning, Aug. 2, 2011, at Colonial Manor Health Care Center, Loudonville, after a period of declining health. Lula was born May 1, 1916, in Ashland County the daughter of John L. and Cora A. (Sprang) Brecheisen. She lived most of her life in Loudonville and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, the Mary-Martha Circle of the church, Order of Eastern Star and Business and Professional Women's Club. Read More	Lula Alberta Huffer, 95, of Loudonville died Tuesday morning, Aug. 2, 2011, at Colonial Manor Health Care Center, Loudonville, after a period of declining health. Lula was born May 1, 1916, in Ashland County the daughter of John L. and Cora A. (Sprang) Brecheisen. She lived most of her life in Loudonville and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, the Mary-Martha Circle of the church, Order of Eastern Star and Business and Professional Women's Club. Before she was married she was an infant care giver and a seamstress. On Nov. 14, 1942, she married Otis Huffer and he died March 11, 2002. She is survived by a brother, Carl (Elizabeth) Brecheisen of Perrysville; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two infant brothers; three brothers, Elmer, Ralph and Howard Brecheisen; and six sisters, Minnie Rogers, Marie Etzwiler, Ada McDoo, Ruth Brecheisen, Margaret Weirick and Helen Robinson. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 5, 2011, at Zion Lutheran Church with the Rev. Scott Henderson officiating. Burial will be in Loudonville Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to services at Zion Lutheran Church. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Memorial Fund of Zion Lutheran Church, 222 E.
