Description	:	Mrs. Lulu M. Downing, 63, of 1120 Stevick Rd., died at St. Rita's Hospital yesterday following a two-month illness. Born in Putnam County Dec. 9, 1894, Mrs. Downing has lived in the Lima area most of her life. She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church and of its Ladies Aid society. She was also a member of the Auxiliary of the Carpenters Union. Survivors include her husband, Harry L. West, Harold Neu of Rt. 2, Lima, and Jess and Charles Neu, both of Rt. 4, Lima; two sisters, Mrs. Catherine Moutz of Rt. 2, and Mrs. Louise Billings of Rt. 6, Lima, and 15 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Lewis Memorial Chapel, Lima. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, with Rev. John Berger of St. Luke's Lutheran Church officiating.
