Rev. Tom Lee will officiate, and burial will be in Le Mars Memorial Cemetery under direction of the Luken-Johnson Funeral Home in Le Mars. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday. Lydia Kilker was born July 7, 1894, in Le Mars to August and Elizabeth Stiegert Kilker. She graduated from Le Mars High School in 1914. Lydia Kilker was born July 7, 1894, in Le Mars to August and Elizabeth Stiegert Kilker. She graduated from Le Mars High School in 1914. She married George H. Rohlfsen in 1915. He died in 1929. Her marriage to Henry F. Meyer took place in 1931. He died in 1958. Both marriages were in Le Mars. The Meyers farmed for 14 years near Marcus. She retired and moved to Le Mars in 1942. Mrs. Meyer had been a resident at Brentwood Good Samaritan Home for six years. She died at Brentwood Monday (January 7, 1980) after an extended illness. She was a member of St. John's American Lutheran Church and Gold Star Mothers. Her son Russell Rohlfsen died in World War 2. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a brother. Survivors are two sons, Herbert Rohlfsen, Marcus, and Stanley Rohlfsen of Le Mars; three daughters, Mrs. Ruth Gearke, Le Mars, Shirley Rohlfsen, Monterey Park, California, and Mrs. Robert (Betty) Becker, Central City, Nebraska, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
