Lilley; two sisters, Marie Harden of Dyersburg and Mackie Slayton (Charles) of Crockett Mills; three brothers, Bobby Vaughn (Carolyn) of Gates, Danny Vaughn (Margaret) of Maury City and Charles Vaughn (Phyllis) of Dyersburg; a sister-in-law, Ruby Vaughn (wife of the late J.L. Vaughn Jr.) of Dyersburg; and a host of special nieces, nephews and cousins. She was active with her church, Woodmen of the World, American Cancer Society, Home Demonstration Club as well as many other community projects. Although she had no children of her own, she was a mother to many. She loved all children and was always ready, willing and able when the need to help arose. The family request that any memorials be directed to Floyd's Chapel United Methodist Church, the American Cancer Society or to the Gideons International.
