Muffley signed a quit claim deed on August 14, 1905 for property in Mitchell County, Iowa, to Fannie Muffley. The deed states she is a heir of W. H. The legal description is the same for the property that Henry W. deeded to Fannie in 1902, which was then described as the "The Temple Farm". Mabel had not been found on the 1910, 1920 nor 1930 census index at Ancestry.com despite several searches.
