She was born in Ferndale on October 13, 1894, and had lived in the vicinity all her life. She is survived by her husband, Rollin Z. Bonton of Ferndale; three sons, Ernest, Donald, and Paul, and one daughter, Joan, all of Ferndale; two brothers, L. B. Lanini of Ferndale and E. R. Lanini of Petrolia; two sister, Mary Wiemers and Levia Downing, both of Martinez; six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She... She was a member of the Young Ladies' Institute of Eureka, the Retired Teachers' association, the California Jersey Cattle club, and the Humboldt County Jersey Cattle club. Rosary will be recited tonight at 8 o'clock in the chapel of Citizen's Mortuary of Ferndale. Requiem mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Ferndale Catholic Church of the Assumption. Encryptment will be at St. Bernard's mausoleum, Eureka. Pallbearers will be Antone Regli, Elwyn Lindley, C. J. Hindley, Henry Hindley, Henry Giacomini and S. J. Damon.
