On Aug. 28, 1941, Marcella married Rudie Juracek. They owned and operated Summerland and the Broadway Bar in Ewing. She later worked at Dean's Market in Ewing. She and Rudie ranched south of Ewing. In 1973, they moved to an acreage south of Norfolk. Marcella worked at the cafe in the Norfolk Livestock Market. Later, she worked as a greeter at Wal-Mart. Marcella retired to care for her husband. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Parish and the Altar Society. Marcella was an active member of the Norfolk Senior Center. Marcella loved spending time with her family, especially fishing with her grandchildren. She always liked going to the river. Marcella is survived by her children and their spouses, Clifford and Garnett Juracek, Linda and Merl Thelen and daughter-in-law, Myra Juracek, all of Norfolk; nine grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; one brother, Mark Sehi of Oakdale, and one sister, Marjorie Kurtenbach of Lindsay. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, Larry Sr., one granddaughter and one brother.
