TAKEN IN THE PRIME OF LIFE MRS FRANK YOCK DEPARTED AFTER BRIEF ILLNESS BURIAL AT CLARENCE, IA Once more the relentless harvester of life crossed the threshold of one of our happy homes and claimed the life of a dear wife and mother who had been the true helpmate of her husband and the kind and loving guide of their children. Still in the active years of life her departure will leave a vacancy in the home that will be severely felt by the husband and children and that can never be fully filled. In such hours of great sorrow little can be said or done that will lessen the anguish and pain, except that is go to Him the Master of life and death, who will bring peace and comfort to aching hearts. Margaret Bauman Yock was born at Clarence, Iowa, February 24, 1890 and passed away at the Cushing hospital on may 13, 1939 at the age of 49 years, 2 months and 21 days. She graduated from the Clarence high school in 1909, and then taught rural schools for two years. She was united in marriage with Frank Yock in 1911. To this union five children were born. In 1911 the family moved to Cushing, living in and around Cushing until 1936, when they moved to Ida Grove. In the fall of 1937 the family established residence in Holstein where they have since lived. Mrs. Yock leaves to mourn her untimely departure her husband and four children: Robert, Reva, Hazel and Lois, one daughter, Rae Darlene, having passed away in infancy. She also leaves her father and mother, two brothers and two sisters, other relatives and numerous friends, all of whom will greatly miss her. Mrs. Yock, with her husband, united with the Cushing Methodist church in 1933, holding membership there at the time of her death. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon, May 15th, 2:30 at the home and 3:00 o'clock at the Methodist church in Holstein. Rev. J. Runion officiated. The remains were taken by train Monday evening to Clarence, Iowa, her former home, where burial took place on Tuesday. The pall bearers were: George Lang, Fred Bargtrols, Harry Holst, Ed Ludvigson, Ernest Lint, George Johnson.
