John and Flora bought the McIssac Ranch in Spicer Colorado in 1916 and that along with acreage that was added from a desert claim still remains in the family today. Marthas parents rented a house in Walden Co so that Margaret and her siblings could attend high school. Margaret married Edward A Langholff March 26 1940 in Fort Collins Colorado. Ed worked in the oil fields for a time but most of the time was spent working as a couple on various ranches in North Park Colorado. In later years Margaret worked as a meat cutter at Corkle's Little Market. She was a member of St Ignasius Catholic Church and Altar and Rosary Society, North Park Womens Club, Pioneer Association, North Park Cattle Women, and Square Dancing Club. In 1922 Margaret was selected as Woman of the Year by the North Park Womens Club. She served in many offices and was President in 1958-1959 and again in 1972-1973.
