(Jameson, Jamieson, Jamerson *various spellings so not sure of accuracy, who was born in Ohio of Scottish parents) and his wife Mary Hobson Jamieson, a Nebraska native whose father was from N. C. and mother was from Indiana. By the 1900 census Thomas F. and Mary Jamieson had been married for 16 years and had had 6 children 3 of which were still living: Margaret L Jameson 13, Mary G Jameson 8 and Gracie G Jameson 2. Nebraska was home for Margaret during her growing up years and into adulthood. Margaret was married between the years of 1900 and 1910 to Dr. Jacob F. Brendel who lived from June 4, 1876 until Dec. 31, 1932. They had one son, Richard, who was born in July of 1915. Both Jacob and his son, Richard in later years, were doctors. Dr. Thomas F. Brendel preceeded his wife in death. Margaret passed away in June of 1965 and was buried in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery near Plattsmouth.
