She had been married to Fredrick V. Whitehead, whom she married on February 22, 1980, and he is deceased. Surviving are two sons: Brian Burget, Wapakoneta, and Shawn E. Burget, Lima; two daughters: Debra Kay (David) Morgan, Findlay, and Tamara B. (Dan) Walker, Wapakoneta; a brother, William W. (Sofia), San Diego, CA; and three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A graduate of Elida High School in 1951 and Fredrick's Beauty Academy, she had worked in the small motor division at Westinghouse Elec. Corp, was a Sergeant with Pickerton Security and retired from Stolly Corporation, Sidney, in May of 1996. She was a member of the First Church of God, Lima. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also loved bowling, billiards, NASCAR, country music, picture puzzles, Tiger Woods Golf and her little dog "Co-Co". There will be a private funeral service, with Pastor Mark Bauer officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.
