Description	:	Margaret L. Miller of Chesterville, MD died at home on Monday August 24th 2015. She was 83. Mrs. Miller was born on February 12, 1932 near Kennedyville, MD the daughter of the late Oliver W. and Nellie S. Jones Atwell. Mrs. Miller was a wonderful homemaker and played a very instrumental role in the operation of the family farms with her two sons. She was a member of the Kennedyville United Methodist Church in Kennedyville, MD. She enjoyed gardening and her flowers and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Miller was predeceased by her husband, Harold E. Miller Sr., and three sisters, Frances Money, Virginia Timko and Mary Hill. She is survived by two sons, Harold E. “Bunk” Miller of Kennedyville, MD and James O. Miller and his wife Marsha of Millington, MD; two grandchildren, Kerry Nagle and her husband Ralph of Sudlersville, MD, and Jamie Miller of Kennedyville, MD; great grandchildren, Kohl Miller of Kennedyville, MD, Kendall and Conlan Nagle both of Sudlersville, MD, as well as one brother, Clifton Atwell and one sister Dorothy M. Pinder both of Kennedyville, MD. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 11:00 am at Fellows Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home, 370 W. Cypress St., Millington, MD, where friends and family may call on Friday evening from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Interment will follow services in Shrewsbury Cemetery in Kennedyville, MD. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in her memory to the Kennedyville United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 32, Kennedyville, MD 21645 or Compass Regional Hospice, 255 Comet Drive, Centreville, MD 21617.
