Margaret was born Aug. 8, 1915, in Goodwin, Neb., to Matthias and Mary (Nichols) McKivergan. She attended country school and graduated from St. Catherine's Academy in Jackson, Neb. She attended Wayne State College for Normal Teacher's Training and taught country school for five years. On June 14, 1939, she married Roland Bousquet. She attended country school and graduated from St. Catherine's Academy in Jackson, Neb. She attended Wayne State College for Normal Teacher's Training and taught country school for five years. On June 14, 1939, she married Roland Bousquet. The couple farmed most of their lives on a dairy farm south of Sergeant Bluff. In 1975, the couple retired to South Sioux City. She was a member of St. Joseph Parish and the Tabernacle Society for 25 years. After moving to South Sioux City, she became a member of St. Michael Parish. She is survived by five children, Leo Bousquet and his wife, Glenda of Dakota City, Jeanne Christensen of Sergeant Bluff, Bernard Bousquet and his wife, Kathy of Ponca, Neb., and twins, Dan Bousquet of South Sioux City and Donna and her husband, Kevin Donoghue of Dunedin, Fla.; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; a brother and his wife, Joe and Charlyn McKivergan of Hubbard, Neb.; a sister-in-law, Kay McKivergan of Ponca, Neb.; and several special cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland in 1985; a brother, Frank McKivergan; and a son-in-law, Lee Christensen.
