Description	:	Mrs. Marion G. Bear, who had been ill for the past two years, died at her home at 522 East Washington street, at 7:50 p.m. Monday, Death was attributed to heart complications. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. John's Catholic church, with Rev. Jerome Walski officiating. Burial will be in St. John's cemetery. The body will lie in state at Young's Funeral home, where friends may call after 7. p.m. today. Rosary services are planned at 8 p.m. Wednesday. The former Mary Anna Altherr, Mrs. Bear was born in Franklin county March 4, 1882, one of a family of eight children of John Adams and Caroline Altherr. She attended St. John's school. On Nov. 22, 1905, she and Marion G. Bear were married at St. John's church and they were the parents of five children, one of whom is deceased. Mrs. Bear was a member of the Rosary society and St. Thomas Aquinas Study club. Surviving are the husband, a son, Albert, of Tipton, and three daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Ley, of Indianapolis; Mrs. Ann Brown, of Anderson; Mrs. Dorothy Moody, of Tipton. Another son. Charles Edwin, is deceased. Also surviving are two brothers, Peter Altherr and Andrew Altherr, of Tipton county, 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
