Description	:	The Dannebrog News, September 4, 1913, page 1 Mrs. John Reimers was born June 16, 1854 in Solerup, Germany and died at her home in Cleveland precinct, Sunday, August 31, 1913, aged 59 years, 2 months and 15 days. She was married in 1875 to Mr. John Reimers, eleven children were born to them, two of which are dead. The family came to Howard county direct from Germany in 1878 and their home has been here since, most of the time near Dannebrog and for the last few years in Cleveland precinct where they own a nice home. Read More	The Dannebrog News, September 4, 1913, page 1 Mrs. John Reimers was born June 16, 1854 in Solerup, Germany and died at her home in Cleveland precinct, Sunday, August 31, 1913, aged 59 years, 2 months and 15 days. She was married in 1875 to Mr. John Reimers, eleven children were born to them, two of which are dead. The family came to Howard county direct from Germany in 1878 and their home has been here since, most of the time near Dannebrog and for the last few years in Cleveland precinct where they own a nice home. We had personally known Mrs. Reimers nearly since she came to the county and we know that she was a lady in evey respect,and well thought of and highly respected, she was a kind and loving wife and mother and a good neighbor. At the time of her death she was a member in good standing of the Royal Neighbor camp here. She had not been in very good health for some time and the last two and a half months had been confined to her bed. Of her nine children, one daughter, Mrs. Willie Johnson lives in Thomas county, and eight sons are all living in this neighborhood. Besides her husband and children she leaves a number of relatives and many friends to mourn her loss. The funeral was Wednesday from the Lutheran church here and was very largely attended.
