L St., died Friday at the Skilled Care Center at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County. She was born Dec. 17, 1901 in Omaha. She was raised on a farm near Silver Creek, where her family moved when she was small. She graduated from high school there, then taught school a year before her marriage. Marie Nielsen married Harry S. Sanders, Sr., May 16, 1921 at Columbus. She was raised on a farm near Silver Creek, where her family moved when she was small. She graduated from high school there, then taught school a year before her marriage. Marie Nielsen married Harry S. Sanders, Sr., May 16, 1921 at Columbus. They lived near Silver Creek, Columbus, St. Edward and then back to a farm at Silver Creek. In 1956 they moved to Fremont. Mrs. Sanders was a member of United Methodist Church of Silver Creek, past member Silver Chapter 290 OES, and WWII Barracks Auxiliary of Dodge County. She is survived by her husband; three sons, Harry Jr. of Fremont, William of Valparaiso and Jack of Holdrege; one daughter, Mrs. Ron (Marilyn) Nyberg of Yankton, S.D.; a brother, Raymond Nielsen of Lincoln; 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel. The Rev. J. Graydon Wilson will officiate. The Rev. J. Thurman will officiate during burial at Silver Creek Cemetery. Silver Chapter 290 OES will conduct graveside services.
