Description	:	Marie Driesen, 68, of Sunnyside, died Friday in Sunnyside General Hospital. She was born in Rock Valley, Iowa, where she spent her eraly years and was educated at the Christian School. In 1937 she married Tony Driesen in Rock Valley, where they lived four years before moving to Rock Rapids, Iowa, where they farmed for eight years. They later lived in Leota, Minn. before moving to Chino, California in 1956, where they owned and operated a dairy for 15 years. Read More	Marie Driesen, 68, of Sunnyside, died Friday in Sunnyside General Hospital. She was born in Rock Valley, Iowa, where she spent her eraly years and was educated at the Christian School. In 1937 she married Tony Driesen in Rock Valley, where they lived four years before moving to Rock Rapids, Iowa, where they farmed for eight years. In November 1971, the Driesen family moved to Sunnyside where they have owned and operated dairies near Sunnyside and Grandview. She was active in the Salem School for the Handicapped in Chino, CA, the Ladies Aid Society of the Chritstian Reformed Church of Chino, and Senior Citizens Bible study group of the Christian Reformed Church of Sunnyside. Survivors besides her husband include three sons, Art Driesen, Alvin Driesen and John Driesen., a daughter Mrs. Ron (Marlene) Brink., a brother, Bert Van de Vegte, six sisters, Mrs John (Henrietta) Van den Bosch and Mrs. Cora Postma, Mrs. Arie (Ada) Van Grouw, Mrs. Henry (Nellie) De Kruyf, Mrs. Johanna Hop and Mrs. Rolena Van de Vegte. Also 16 granchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother and a son, Arlan Deaan Driesen.
