Although an invalid herself, Marion Keller, the fifteen year old girl who passed away Monday, spent most of her time in doing things for those who were ill. For four years she was under a physician's care, but she was always the first to send flowers to the sick and she made many articles to bring cheer to invalid children. She sent many of these through Mrs. Glass and Marion Thompson of the Seattle Children's Home. Beatrice Nelson of Bells, Tennessee, was one to whom Marion sent her girts of cheer and some of these were sent as far as Minneapolis and New York. Marion Keller was born in Wisconsin, August 25, 1903, and died April 15, 1918. Since June, 1914, she has been under the care of a physician. She leaves two sisters, four brothers and her mother. Two sisters came from Seattle to attend the funeral services. Rev. A.H. Hause of Kettle Falls delivered the funeral sermon. There was special music and the church was beautifully decorated. Interment was at Meyers Falls cemetery. The Colville examiner. (Colville, Wash.), 20 April 1918
