Born September 13, 1960 in Connersville, Indiana he was the son of Mark S. Tinch and Roxie (Lockard) Tinch. He lived most of his life in Franklin County, Indiana. Read More	Mark Steven (Steve) Tinch, age 52 of Metamora, Indiana went home to be with the Lord Friday, January 25, 2013 at McCullough Hyde Memorial Hospital in Oxford, Ohio. Born September 13, 1960 in Connersville, Indiana he was the son of Mark S. Tinch and Roxie (Lockard) Tinch. He lived most of his life in Franklin County, Indiana. He had been a machinist at the former Visteon in Connersville for many years. On July 22, 2000 he was united in marriage to the former Shawna L. Campbell, and she survives. He was a member of the Oak Forest Church of Christ as well as the Shawnee Valley Dulcimer Society. In his leisure time he enjoyed outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing, and especially enjoyed cutting firewood and riding atv's with his family. He also loved music and played the Guitar, Dulcimer, and Harmonica. Survivors include his wife, Shawna L. Tinch, three daughters, Amber Woodward of Indianapolis, Indiana, Ashley Tinch of Cedar Grove, Indiana and Rebekah Tinch of Metamora, Indiana; two grandsons, Vincent DeBoard and Levi Woodward; his mother, Roxie Tinch of Brookville; his father & step-mother, Mark S. & Phyllis Tinch of Connersville, Indiana; one sister, Brenda Harrison of Connersville, Indiana; three brothers, Timothy Tinch of Arcanum, Ohio, Michael Tinch of Brookville, Indiana and Jason Tinch of Chandler, Arizona; two step-sisters, Carol Rummel and Diane Trent both of Ash Grove, Missouri; one step-brother, Dennis Rickman of Connersville, Indiana. Family & Friends may visit from 4 till 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the Oak Forest Church of Christ, 13071 St. Mary's Road, Brookville. Minister Jim Webster will officiate the Homecoming Celebration on Thursday, January 31, 2013, 10:00 A.M. at the Oak Forest Church of Christ. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Oak Forest Church of Christ for a Scholarship fund that will be established to benefit his daughter, Rebekah.
