Born January 24, 1944, in Meyersdale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Robert L. and Beula (Durst) Glotfelty. She was also preceded in death by her husband, David O. Beachy, March 19, 2006. Mrs. Beachy was a secretary for Keystone Lime Co. She was a member of the Jennings United Methodist Church, Mars Hill Homemaker’s Club and Woodmen of the World, Camp 41. Born January 24, 1944, in Meyersdale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Robert L. and Beula (Durst) Glotfelty. She was also preceded in death by her husband, David O. Beachy, March 19, 2006. Mrs. Beachy was a secretary for Keystone Lime Co. She was a member of the Jennings United Methodist Church, Mars Hill Homemaker’s Club and Woodmen of the World, Camp 41. She is survived by two daughters, Schrilla (Curtis) Eaby, White Plains, MD; Priscilla (Alan) Sebold, Grantsville; two brothers, Marvin Glotfelty and Clark (Sharon) Glotfelty, all of Grantsville; five grandchildren, Rachel (Caleb) Martin, Madison, Ethan, Grayson and Mason “Bumma’s Boy” Sebold. Friends will be received at Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville, on Saturday, August 31, 2019, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Funeral services will follow in the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Curtis Eaby officiating. Interment will be in the Bittinger Cemetery.
