She had been a bank teller, a secretary for Wayside Bowling Alley and Pride Care, both of Kalamazoo, Michigan and had worked for the former Burger Chef Corporation in Indianapolis in accounting. She was born on May 16, 1940 in Muncie, Indiana, the daughter of Orville and Dessie (Edwards) Renfroe. On December 21, 1979 in Rochester, Indiana, she married Donald D. Koons. He preceded her in death on November 2, 2011. Marsha worked at various companies over the years. She had been a bank teller, a secretary for Wayside Bowling Alley and Pride Care, both of Kalamazoo, Michigan and had worked for the former Burger Chef Corporation in Indianapolis in accounting. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Eagles Lodge. In her spare time, she enjoyed doing anything artistic, especially doing woodworking, painting and building furniture. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with all of her family and friends. Survivors include her daughter, Pamela Hammel, Rochester, Indiana, sons, Mike and wife Laura Cloud, Rochester, Indiana, Jeff and wife Deb Cloud, Rochester, Indiana, Ty and wife Rita Cloud, Rochester, Indiana, ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, sisters, Georgia Townsend, Rochester, Indiana, Cora and husband Richard Reese, Denver, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Harold Townsend. Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday February 3, 2016 at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana, with Pastor Larry Pyeatt officiating. Friends may visit from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rochester, Indiana. Zimmerman Brothers Funeral Home - February 1, 2016
