Curtis, 76, at her home in New Vienna, Friday afternoon. Mrs. Curtis was a native of Illinois, and was born in that state, April 4, 1860, the daughter of Robert and Sarah Bernard McVey. She moved to New Vienna 33 years ago, and has made her home there since that time. She was a member of the Fairview Friends church. She is survived by her husband, W. H. Curtis, to whom she was married 57 years ago, and four children, Mrs. Charles Rulon, Mrs. R. J. Rulon, Harry W. Curtis and David Curtis, all of New Vienna. Stanley Curtis, Clinton county engineer, is a nephew. Dr. Wendell G. Farr, of Wilmington College, had charge of funeral rites at the Fairview Friends church Sunday at 2 P. M. Interment was in the New Vienna I.O.O.F. cemetery in charge of C. Merlin Davis, New Vienna. Unknown Newspaper: Dated: October 1936
