MARTHA ELLIS Mrs. Martha Ellis, known as Grandma Ellis by many York people, passed away at her home west of the city yesterday. Mrs. Ellis was 87 years of age and had been a resident of York for the past 20 years. Mr. Ellis died several years ago. Five children survive her demise, three sons and two daughters, three of whom live in York, Mrs. Harms, of Wyoming, and Charles Ellis of Oregon are expected to arrive to attend the funeral, which will be held Sunday at 9:45 o'clock at the Metz & Hitchcock chapel.
