Their grave markers were knocked down and apparently destroyed when the property on the Orange Street side changed hands on the death of the original owner, Mr. A. C. Croft. (Property bought by Frank Rhodes.) MARTHA HUBBARD WRIGHT was daughter of Charles Townsend Wright and Rebecca Saltonstall Wright; granddaughter of G.F. Saltonstall. She was born in Cheraw, Jan 14, 1826, where she lived until circa 1834 when she moved to CT for two years, then to Georgetown. There she married Isaac Carr Croft (Thursday) March 3, 1842, and died Nov 15, 1898. Martha and Isaac's children were: 1) Julia Rebecca Croft, born Dec 15, 1842, died Sept 1, 1852. 2) Martha Helen Croft, born Nov 25, 1845, married John Preston Richardson and had daughters. Later married John W Tarbox, father-in-law to two of her daughters. 3) Albert Carr Croft, born Sept 5, 1850; died Sept 10, 1852. 4) Lucius Carr Croft, born July 12, 1852, died Oct. 9, 1916.
