Description	:	Martha passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2005, in her home. She was 79 years old. Martha Youley, daughter of Frank and Eugenia (Poykko) Youley was born Dec. 31, 1925, at Guelph, North Dakota, where she grew up and attended rural school. After her schooling, Martha worked in Jamestown, and on the west coast before moving back to North Dakota. She was united in marriage to Vernon Doty June 14, 1980, at New York Mills, Minnesota. She was 79 years old. Martha Youley, daughter of Frank and Eugenia (Poykko) Youley was born Dec. 31, 1925, at Guelph, North Dakota, where she grew up and attended rural school. After her schooling, Martha worked in Jamestown, and on the west coast before moving back to North Dakota. She was united in marriage to Vernon Doty June 14, 1980, at New York Mills, Minnesota. They made their home in Ludden, where Martha lived up until the time of her death. Mr. Doty passed away Nov. 14, 1993. Martha's faith was an important part of her life. She was a caring woman, and enjoyed spending time with her family and visiting with friends. She is survived by two sisters, Laila Bradke of Northville, South Dakota., and Verna Erhart of Aberdeen, South Dakota.; three stepsons, Vernon Jr., Nate and Wayne and three stepdaughters, Sharon, Karen and Diane and several step-grandchildren. Martha was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, four brothers and one sister. The funeral for Martha M. Doty, of Ludden, North Dakota, will be held Sunday, June 5, 2005, at 3 p.m. at the Church of the Nazarene, Oakes, North Dakota, with Reverend Matt Lucas officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Church of the Nazarene, with a prayer service at 2:30 p.m. also at the church. Burial will be at the North Savo Cemetery, near Frederick, South Dakota.
