Death was due to a complication of diseases. Mr. Nelsen was born and reared and spent most of his life in this community. He was 68 years of age and is survived by three sons, J. Herman Nelson, of Darby, Pa., Stewart and Melvin Nelson, of Crisfield; three daughters, Mrs. Edward Riggin, Mrs. Wilbur Morgan and Miss Goldie Nelson, of Crisfield; three brothers, Charles E., William C., and Thomas Nelson, of Crisfield; and one sister, Mrs. Clara Stewart, of Greenwood, Del. The deceased was a member of Asbury M. E. Church and a man of unquestioned integrity. He had a large circle of friends who received the news of his death with genuine regret. He was a member of Asbury Council, Junior Order of United American Mechanics. Funeral services were held at Asbury Church Thursday afternoon, conducted by the pastor, Rev. T. J. Sard.
