He is survived by two children: Mary Woods of Millersburg and Mark (Gayle) Woods of Homestead; five grandchildren: Zach, Mason, Ashley, Emilie & Ken; and two great grandchildren: Conan & Grady; and a sister Carolyn Joyce (Jerry) Ridenour of Marion. He was preceded by his parents; a brother Ivan Woods and two sisters Rita & Dorla. Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held 10:30 AM on Monday, November 11, 2013, at the Millersburg United Methodist Church, Millersburg. Rev. Michelle Williamson will officiate. Burial will be in the Zion Cemetery, rural Williamsburg. Visitation will be on Sunday, from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at the Millersburg United Methodist Church. A general memorial fund has been established.
