Description	:	SANDERS, Mary Aileen - 94, Springhill, formerly of Truro, died Monday, January 23, 2006, in Highcrest Nursing Home, Springhill. Born in Stewiacke East, she was a daughter of the late Everett and Adelaide (Dartt) Campbell. She graduated from the Provincial Normal College, Truro, in 1929. Following graduation, she taught school in various places throughout Nova Scotia. She attended Bible College out west and then moved to South Africa in 1947 as a missionary for many years before returning to Nova Scotia in the late 1980s. She is survived by sister, Grace M. Born in Stewiacke East, she was a daughter of the late Everett and Adelaide (Dartt) Campbell. She graduated from the Provincial Normal College, Truro, in 1929. Following graduation, she taught school in various places throughout Nova Scotia. Campbell, Brookfield; several stepgrandchildren and step great-grandchildren, all residing in South Africa and England; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Rev. Paul Sanders; stepchildren, Victor Sanders, Pearl (Sanders) Craddock, Hope Sanders; brothers, George G., John D., Harry D., Alvin E., Gordon D., Kenneth C., Malcolm E., Fred C.; sisters, Kathleen M. Morten, Susan I. Campbell, Marjorie F. Henderson. Visitation will be held 6-8:30 p.m. Thursday with funeral service 2 p.m. Friday, both in Mattatall Funeral Home, Truro, Rev. Larry Blaikie officiating, with a reception to follow in the funeral home. Burial will be held at a later date in Pine Grove Cemetery, Stewiacke East. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Truro Wesleyan Church. The family would like to thank all of the compassionate staff of Highcrest Nursing Home, Springhill, for their excellent care and love for Mary; also to Mary and Terry Henderson for all their help and loving care to Mary.
