Description	:	Mary Ann Davis of Friendship was the daughter of Margaret Cooke and unknown Davis. She married Joshua Morton, Jr on March 9, 1832. Together they had nine, possibly ten, children. The fact that she married a widower that already had seven children, (one of whom was two years older than she and one of whom was virtually the same age,) must have been a daunting undertaking.
