Read More	The St. Helena Star, October 29, 1948 Mrs. Mark Miner Passes in Seattle Word has been received in St. Helena of the death of Mrs. Mark Miner, who passed away at her home in Seattle, Washington, Tuesday after a long illness. Mrs. Miner, who was born in St. Helena, was one of eight children of the late Mr. and Mrs. I.B. Warren, pioneers of the town. The family home was at the corner of Main and Adams streets, where the Standard Oil station is now located. As Mamie Warren, she was popular here in her girlhood and early womanhood, and was a talented musician. After her marriage to Mark Miner, also talented musically, she made her home in Seattle. She is survived by her husband, one son, Duane Miner, or Seattle, and a daughter, Mrs. Marlieta Clark, wife of Louis F. Clark, of San Francisco, formerly of St. Helena. She also leaves one sister, Mrs. Matte Cooper, of Oakland, four grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was the sister of the late Mrs. Ida Steves, Mrs. Alice Alexander, Mrs. Nellie Rennie, Mrs. Lucy Kueffer and William and Frank Warren.
