Description	:	Mary Ann was the daughter of John and Margaret Elizabeth (Bridgeman) Zuver. She was born in Mercer Co., Pennsylvania and moved with her parents to Wayne Co., Ohio where she met and married her husband Thomas G. Adams on June 10, 1841. Soon after their marriage they moved briefly to Holmes Co., Ohio where their first child John was born then settled in Elkhart Co., Indiana where they raised their children, John E., Martha M and Anthony I. in an community that included most of her husband's siblings. She was born in Mercer Co., Pennsylvania and moved with her parents to Wayne Co., Ohio where she met and married her husband Thomas G. Adams on June 10, 1841. Soon after their marriage they moved briefly to Holmes Co., Ohio where their first child John was born then settled in Elkhart Co., Indiana where they raised their children, John E., Martha M and Anthony I. in an community that included most of her husband's siblings. In the 1870's Thomas and Mary moved to Juniata, Nebraska. Mary's grave is next to that of her husband and near her sister Rebecca, who had married Jesse Adams, a brother of her husband. Mary Ann Adams (65044735) Died in Juniata, on Saturday morning, February 28, 1880, Mrs. Mary A. Adams, wife of Mr. Thomas Adams, aged 71 years. She was the first of nine children born to John W. and Margaret Elizabeth (Bridgeman) Zuver in Mercer county, Pennsylvania , the year 1819. When quite young she moved with her parents to Wayne Co., Ohio where she married Mr. Adams, and subsequently with him removed to Goshen, Indiana, where they resided for several years. From Indiana they removed to Juniata, in May, 1873. Mrs. Adams made a profession of religion, and united with the M. E. (Methodist Episcopal) church, at the age of 18; and throughout her long and useful life, she worthily and consistently exemplified the beauty as well as reality of a living, active faith in the Crucified. She was emphatically a true and noble woman, of whom it may well be said: "None knew her but to love her; none named her but to praise." She had been ill for about four months, but finally passed away peacefully and triumphantly. To mourn her departure she leaves her aged companion, two sons - John E., and Anthony I., her eight siblings, several other relatives, and a large circle of friends. Her daughter Martha M. Curtis, died in 1875 in Indiana. Funeral services were held in the M.
