Description	:	Mary B. Etling, 99, of Loudonville, died late Thursday evening, April 14, 2016 in Colonial Manor Health Care Center, following a brief illness. Mary was born Sept. 16, 1916 in Washington Twp., Holmes County and was the daughter of the late Marion Wilbert and Ruby Mae (Zimmerman) Denny. She attended the Shipp’s school near her home before graduating from Loudonville High School in 1934. Mary was born Sept. 16, 1916 in Washington Twp., Holmes County and was the daughter of the late Marion Wilbert and Ruby Mae (Zimmerman) Denny. She attended the Shipp’s school near her home before graduating from Loudonville High School in 1934. Mary was the owner of the former Triangle Shop in Loudonville and had also been employed at The Flxible Company, Koppert Insurance Agency, and was a secretary for attorneys Myron Oliver and Alan Schaffer. Mary worked as clerk for Harold Etling, Auctioneer for many years. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Loudonville, was a Sunday School teacher, member of the choir, and former financial secretary. Mary was an avid Loudonville High School sports enthusiast and followed the Cleveland Cavaliers and Indians closely. She enjoyed making candy, plastic needlepoint, and word searches. Mary loved animals, especially her cats and dogs, and feeding the birds. On May 29, 1937 she married Harold E. Etling, and he died Nov. 2, 2003. Mary is survived by a son, William (Diana) Etling of Ashland; two daughters: Sherry & Jay Byers of Loudonville and Marian (Dr. Rodney) Stinemetz of Perrysville; seven grandchildren: John Bradford Etling, Marcy (Radek) Bolek, Tyler William Etling, Devyn Harold Etling, Christine (James) Fisher, Nathan (Mandy) Stinemetz DC, and Benjamin (Angie) Stinemetz; five great-grandchildren: Kayla Jamieson, Sierra G. Stinemetz, Alexa Jo Stinemetz, Aaden Stinemetz, and Alivia Stinemetz; and one great-great-grandchild, Adam Shamblin. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Harold E. Etling, two brothers: Fred and Robert Denny; and two sisters: infant Serita Denny and Lillian Stafford. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, April 20, at 1:00 PM at LINDSEY FUNERAL HOME, LOUDONVILLE with Rev. Bob Remington officiating. Burial will follow in Loudonville Cemetery
