Born in Salem, Ohio, to James V. and Catherine (Loop) Fisher on May 20, 1921, she was a graduate of St. Paul School and Salem High School. Active in the community, she was a past member of the Salem Hospital Auxiliary and past president of the Salem Garden Club. Read More	NEW DURHAM, N.H. - Mary Catherine Bober, 92, of Watson Fields, Dover, N.H., formerly of Ridge Road, New Durham N.H., died on July 19, 2013. Born in Salem, Ohio, to James V. and Catherine (Loop) Fisher on May 20, 1921, she was a graduate of St. Paul School and Salem High School. Active in the community, she was a past member of the Salem Hospital Auxiliary and past president of the Salem Garden Club. She moved east to Rochester, N.H. in 1963, and lived in Rochester until building a home in New Durham. In Rochester, she attended St. Mary Church where she was a member of the Parish Council and taught CCD classes. She was past president of Haven Hill Garden Club and a life member Frisbie Hospital Auxiliary. In New Durham she was a longtime member of City Beautification committee and children's Arbor Day program. She was an avid gardener and a homemaker, always there for her family. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in Farmington. Mary was preceded by her husband Vincent J. Bober Sr.; children, Mary Catherine and Leslie, in infancy: twin brother, Joseph; brother, James R; and sister Martina. She leaves two sons, Vincent J. Bober, II and wife Barbara of Rochester, Edward A. Bober and wife Judith of Rochester; five grandchildren; Cristyn Peters, Vincent Bober, III, Sara Carrier, James Bober and John Bober; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
