Description	:	Mrs. Cevilla Veinot 1957 The community of New Germany was saddened to hear of the passing of Mrs. Cevilla Veinot, widow of the late Albert Veinot, whose death occurred at her home on Tuesday, January 22, following a very brief illness. Mrs. Veinot was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Newton Langille of Cookville, Lunenburg County, and was 79 years of age. Mrs. Veinot was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Newton Langille of Cookville, Lunenburg County, and was 79 years of age. Her husband predeceased her 25 years ago, also two daughters, Marie and May, passed away many years ago. The deceased was a member of St. John's Anglican church, also of Hawthorne Rebekah Lodge. She is survived by one daughter, Blanche (Mrs. Albert Veinot); two sons, Roy and Kerry, the latter with whom she resided, all of New Germany; there are nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren ; one sister, Effie (Mrs. Peter Cantelope) of Lunenburg; and a brother, Robert, of Tupperville, Annapolis county. The funeral services were held on Thursday afternoon at St. John's Anglican Church, conducted by the rector, Rev. W.A. Trueman. The floral offerings were beautiful,showing the high esteem in which Mrs. Veinot was held by a large circle of relatives and friends. Interment was in the family lot in St. John's Anglican Cemetery.
