Read More	Dec. 2, 1933 Married Thomas Children: Thomas Wilson Fultz, Jr. Patsy Fultz Groah FISHERSVILLE – Mrs. Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Ramsey Fultz, 88, formerly of Raphine, and widow of Thomas Wilbourn Fultz, died at 3:25 p.m. Monday, September 15, 1997 in Augusta Medical Center following a lengthily illness. She was born on August 23, 1909, in Greenville, a daughter of Thomas Lacy and Annette Steele Houser Ramsey. Mrs. Fultz was a member of Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church, having joined the church in 1920 and was a graduate of Valley High School, class of 1927. Her husband, to who she was married on December 2, 1933, preceded her in death on June 1, 1987. She was also predeceased by seven brothers and two sisters. Survivors include a son, Thomas W. Fultz, Jr. of Rt. 2, Staunton; a daughter, Mrs. Patsy Fultz Groah of Raphine, four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, sister-in-law Gladys S. Ramsey of Greenville; special friends include Leona Campbell of Raphine, and a number of nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a devoted Mother, Grandmother and Church worker. A service will be conducted at 4 p.m. today in the Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church Cemetery by the Rev. C. William Cox and the Rev. Dr. Ralph M. Piland. Active pallbearers will be Jim Ramsey, Louie Ramsey, Milton Paxton, David Campbell, Kenny Campbell and Sidney Supple. Those desiring may call at the Henry Funeral Home and other times at the home of her son and daughter. It is suggested that memorial donations may be made to the Fairfield First Aid Crew, Fairfield, VA 24435 or the Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church, % Mr. Robert Holsinger, Rt. 1, Raphine, VA 24472.
