Description	:	Mrs. Mary E. Miller Mrs. Mary E. Miller, 89, Otterville, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.B. Steele, Doniphan, at 5 p.m. Saturday. She had been visiting there he past two weeks. She was born in Manchester, Ia. May 19, 1871, the daughter of the late Oliver and Esther Risher. On Oct. 14, 1890, she was married to Max Miller in Columbus, Neb. He preceded her in death May 4, 1944. He preceded her in death May 4, 1944. They were the parents of five children: Milton Miller, Columbus, Neb.; Ruby Hopkins, Otterville; Juliana Stevens, 2005 East Broadway; Marguerite Steele, of Doniphan. Lucy Ellen Miller died Feb. 9, 1915. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Spaits, Kansas City, Kan., Mrs. Myrtle Spaits, Otterville, and Mrs. Olive Malmberg, Pilot Grove; and one brother, Waldo Risher, of Anthony, Ia. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Methodist Church in Otterville with the Rev. Earl Dillon, pastor of the Methodist Church, officiating. Burial was in the IOOF Cemetery in Otterville. Pall bearers were: Charles A. Hopkins, Richard B. Kirschner, Carl A. Bretall, William Glenn, William S. McIntire and George Burnett.
