She had resided since last December with a daughter, Mrs. Ashton (Adeline) Lovett, 233 South High Street, Hillsboro. Prior to that, she lived at 613 South St., Greenfield. She was born in Fayette County, Oct. 17, 1876. She was a member of the First Methodist Church, the DAR, Eastern Star and WSCS of the Methodist Church, all in Greenfield. Her husband, Austin E. Haines died in 1961. Besides her daughter, she is survived by one son, Dr. Francis Haines, Washington C. H.; two grandchildren; and one brother, Edward Brown, Washington C. H. Four sisters and one brother preceded her in death. Services were held Saturday at 2 P.M. at the Anderson-Strueve Funeral Home in Greenfield, with Rev. Howard C.
