Description	:	Mrs. Hart graduated from DeFuniak Springs High School and then went to cosmetology school in Tallahassee. After getting her cosmetology license, she moved to Graceville to take a job at a local beauty salon. While there, she met her future husband, Dr. Cliff Hart. Together, the two were a dynamic duo who contributed greatly to the medical care of both large and small animals. They moved to Orlando in 1965 and founded the Maitland Veterinary Clinic a few years later. After getting her cosmetology license, she moved to Graceville to take a job at a local beauty salon. While there, she met her future husband, Dr. Cliff Hart. Together, the two were a dynamic duo who contributed greatly to the medical care of both large and small animals. They moved to Orlando in 1965 and founded the Maitland Veterinary Clinic a few years later. Mrs. Hart worked as the practice manager, surgery assistant, x-ray tech and custodian of all patient records. Due to the team work of Mrs. Hart and her husband, the Maitland Veterinary Clinic became extremely successful and grew to employ 5 veterinarians and a staff of 15+ people at peak. In this century, Maitland Veterinary Clinic is still open in the same location and helping small animals thrive. Mrs. Hart was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Clifton L Hart, DVM, her parents, Herbert and Mary Gillis Singletary and her siblings, Lloyd Singletary, Clyde Singletary and Mrs. Juanita Mason. Survivors include 2 sons and 2 grandchildren. A memorial service was held the following December 28 at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Malone.
