St Paris Newspaper Abstract August 11, 1910 Mrs John Fritz passed away at her home in Urbana last Thursday. She was 72 years old at the time that death called on her. She was born in Concord Twp, and lived there in sight of the place she was born for 70 years. She was the daughter of Mr and Mrs Hugh Gibbs. Mrs Fritz was united in marriage to her husband John W Fritz on the 18th of May, 1858. The family had moved to Urbana last November and had been making their home on Miami Street. The funeral services over the remains were conducted at Concord Chapel Sunday, Rev Briggs officiating. Interment in Concord Cemetery. August 11, 1910 A prehistoric burial ground of a forgotten age was discovered when working men were digging the grave of Mrs Jane Fritz in the Concord Chapel Cemetery last week. The legs of a human were found underground surrounded by prehistoric implements, stone hatchets, stone pipes and other articles of aboriginal times. The leg bones were protruding from the side of the grave and were not disturbed. The cemetery is one of the largest in this county, dating from the pioneer days, but not until this time was it known to be a site also of an ancient burial place.
