Description	:	MARY JANE RUSSELL Mary Jane, 13-year-old daughter of J. Walter Russell, Carroll county representative in the Virginia House of Delegates, and Mrs. Russell, passed away at the family home, between Galax and Woodlawn, on Thursday morning, July 15. Death came in Galax hospital after several days of illness. Surviving, besides the parents, are three sisters, Ethel, Ruby and Ruth, and one brother, James. Funeral services were conducted at the Galax Christian church Saturday morning, at 11 o'clock, by the pastor, Rev. A. C. Meadows.
