Sisco died at her home in Walton at 11:15 last night. She had not been well for a year but the relatives were not expecting her illness to take a sudden turn so soon. Mrs. Sisco and the family which she belongs are well known here and in Walton and vicinity but throughout the county and the death will be mourned by many. Mrs Sisco was born in Allen County, Ohio April 1, 1840 and was married in 1858 at Defiance, Ohio. She had been a resident of Harvey County since 1873. A husband and 6 children survive her: Newton E. of Peabody, William Sisco of Walton, C. Vince Sisco of Newton Kansas,Otis E Sisco of Newton,Laura Adell Fisher of Lamont, OK and Effie Brown of Walton, KS. The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at two O'clock in the Walton Methodist Church. Interment will be in the Doyle Valley Cemetery. Entered by Betty Saltenberger, a gggrandaughter.
