Description	:	Kathryn Lewis Berman, of Manchester, died Sunday afternoon, Jan. 14, 2007 at Meadowview Regional Hospital. She was 80 years old. She was born in Seaman, the daughter of Glenn W. and Lena Carroll Lewis. She was a graduate of Seaman High School and the Christ Hospital School of Nursing in Cincinnati, class of 1947. After many years of absence from Adams County, she and her family returned in the early 70s, and Kathryn became affiliated with Adams County Home Health Agency, from which she retired in 1989. Read More	Kathryn Lewis Berman, of Manchester, died Sunday afternoon, Jan. 14, 2007 at Meadowview Regional Hospital. She was 80 years old. She was born in Seaman, the daughter of Glenn W. and Lena Carroll Lewis. She was a graduate of Seaman High School and the Christ Hospital School of Nursing in Cincinnati, class of 1947. After many years of absence from Adams County, she and her family returned in the early 70s, and Kathryn became affiliated with Adams County Home Health Agency, from which she retired in 1989. During this period, she also became active in Hopewell Farms, a business started by her family, which she served as Creative Director until 1999. She is survived by her husband, Bertram Berman, of Manchester; and three daughters, Anne Bucher, of Tater Ridge, Elizabeth and Jessica Berman, both of Manchester; two granddaughters, Brie Haag and Kathryn Bucher; and one great grandson, Aaron Hanson, all of Tater Ridge. She is also survived by a brother, William Lewis, of Winchester; and sister, Joyce Williamson. She was preceded in death by younger brother, John Lewis, of Manchester; and infant daughter, Jane Carroll Berman.
