Read More	Article from the Tripoli newspaper: DEATH SUMMONS TRIPOLI WOMAN Mrs Mary Schultz Dies at Her Home in This City, Friday, Dec. 28 Mrs Mary Schultz died at her home in this city Friday evening at 11:45 o'clock, Dec 28, after an illness of several weeks of gall bladder trouble and complications. Mrs Mary Schultz, (Nee) Buesing, was born at St. Charles, Ill., July 2, 1866. She was the daughter of Louis Buesing and his wife, Engel Buesing. She was baptized in the Lutheran church in early infancy. At the age of 12 years, she, with her parents, moved to Bremer county, Iowa, and settled on a farm near Waverly. A few years later she was confirmed in the Lutheran faith in a Lutheran church at Waverly. She grew to womanhood and remained in the vicinity of Waverly until she was united in marriage to Frederick C Schultz, of Tripoli on October 3, 1895. Mrs Schultz then became a resident of this city. Two sons were born to Mr and Mrs Schultz, Alfred and Lawrence. Mrs Schultz, with her family, lived here until 1914 when they moved to Waverly and later to Allison. They returned to Tripoli in 1920 and have since resided here. Mr Schultz passed away February 1st, 1933. Mrs Schultz had been in poor health for a long term of years but since the death of her husband, her failing health became more marked and about seven weeks ago she was confined to her bed. During her illness she received every care possible from her brother, Ferd, who had been her compainion since the death of her husband. She quietly passed away Friday evening at the age of 68 years, 11 months and 26 days. Surving her death are her sons, Alfred, of San Francisco, Calif.: Lawrence Schultz, of Batavia, N Y: her daughter-in-law Mrs Lawrence Schultz and one grandson Lawrence Jr: two brothers, Ferdinand Buesing, of Holquiam, Wash.: Theo. Buesing, Miles City, Montana: also a number of nieces and nephews and other relatives Preceding her death were her husband, Frederick C Schultz: her parents: three brothers, Henry, Herman, and Louis Buesing: two sisters, Mrs Sophia Bruns and Mrs Emma Rohlwing Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan 1 at 1 o'clock from the home and continued at the St Peter's Evangelical church. Burial was in the St Peter's Evangelical cemetery, beside her husband.
