Born June 10, 1916, she was the daughter of the late William and Lottie (Beeman) Morton. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Biddle; brothers, William Morton, John Morton, Norman Smiley; sisters, Gladys Gift, Edna Smith, Jean Miller, Margaret Baher; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mary worked at Westvaco as a paper sorter. She taught herself to quilt and how to crochet. She enjoyed taking fishing trips with her husband. Mary liked to volunteer her time at a couple of local churches. She was a loving, caring person that will be missed. She is survived by a brother, Robert Morton of Grand Rapids, MI, a brother Jim Morton of New Creek, WV and a sister Mrs. Jack Combs of Rawlings. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a special nephew, Dennis Morton of Swanton and a special niece, Lois Miller of Keyser, WV. Friends and family will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Wednesday, July 29th from 6 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, July 30th at 11:00 am with Pastor Sandy Cowan officiating. Interment will be in Philos Cemetery, Westernport Boal Funeral Home
